Third Party Monitoring Extreme security conditions pose a considerable challenge to most
international organizations operating in areas with unstable governance. While many
organizations have capacity and capability to visit many areas in Somalia, there are
substantial limitations that prevent free movement and observation of implementing partner
activities on the ground. At Ibrasom Research Firm, we support our clients' M&E
Departments to monitor project activities to ensure that implementation is being
undertaken as per the Detailed Implementation Plan and considering all aspects of
accountability. Provided technical support on ICT issues to field Supervisors and
Enumeratorsin their area of supervision.
