Ibrasom Research Firm we have been involved in mentoring local partners and drawing on their perspectives. We have achieved this through strengthening long-term capacities, we have provided on-the-job mentoring to local entities on engaging with peace building and conflict management. At the same time, our direct and continuous work with local partners allows us to draw on and appreciate local and national perspectives in the work we do.
