IMPACT EVALUATION
All projects have set goals and outcomes which the responses are expected to achieve
through set of activities. Such goals need to be objectively assessed at the end of the project
to establish if the response has achieved what it aimed. This can only be done through
quantification of the positive changes that have occurred over a period, and which can
directly be attributed to the project activities. At Hornsom Consultants, we conduct impact
evaluation through systematic collection of Endline data which we cross-analyses with
baseline to empirically demonstrate the positive changes that have been realized over the
project period based.
